White Chocolate Polar Bear Pretzel Pops

Delightful and cute, these White Chocolate Polar Bear Pretzel Pops are perfect for winter celebrations. The combination of sweet white chocolate, crunchy pretzels, and adorable polar bear faces make them a festive and delicious treat.


Ingredients:

  • 1 package of pretzel rods

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • Black decorating gel

  • Miniature marshmallows

  • Edible candy eyes

  • Small black candy-coated chocolates for noses

  • Blue decorating gel optional

Instructions:

Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions


Dip each pretzel rod into the melted white chocolate, ensuring even coverage


Place the coated pretzels on a parchment-lined tray to set


Using black decorating gel, draw polar bear eyes and mouths on miniature marshmallows


Attach edible candy eyes to the marshmallows using a dab of melted white chocolate


Attach a small black candy-coated chocolate to the marshmallow for the nose, using melted white chocolate as glue


Once the pretzel rods have set, dip one end of each rod into the melted white chocolate again to create the bear's face


Attach the decorated marshmallow to the coated end of the pretzel rod, positioning it as the polar bear's face


Allow the chocolate to set completely before serving

Greek Chicken Tacos with Whipped Feta

Sasha's Veggie Stirfry

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of broccoli florets

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 1 cup of snap peas

  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch optional, for thickening

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch if using


Set aside


Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat

Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to become tender but remain crisp

The caramelized onions add a rich sweetness that pairs perfectly with the savory roasted butternut squash and the tangy Gorgonzola cheese. It's a unique and satisfying pizza that's sure to impress!


Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade

  • 1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and diced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/4 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

  • Cornmeal for dusting optional

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425F 220C


In a bowl, toss the diced butternut squash with olive oil, curry powder, salt, and pepper


Spread it out on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized


Remove from the oven and set aside


While the squash is roasting, heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat


Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they become soft and caramelized, about 20-25 minutes


Remove from heat and set aside


Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness


If desired, dust your pizza stone or baking sheet with cornmeal to prevent sticking


Spread the caramelized onions evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust


Evenly distribute the roasted butternut squash over the caramelized onions


Sprinkle the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese on top of the squash


Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly


Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley


Slice, serve, and enjoy!
